Hugh Oldham Building, Corpus Christi College, Oxford

An extensive refurbishment to improve student accommodation at Corpus Christi College, Oxford. The historically and architecturally significant Jackson and Powell and Moya Building (renamed The Hugh Oldham Building) were significantly upgraded to provide 30 en suite student bedrooms, two Fellows Sets and additional student social spaces. Thermal performance was improved leading to reduced running costs throughout. New landscaping, including a garden and small amphitheatre, enhances the arrival and setting of the Hugh Oldham Building.
