St Clare’s, Oxford, is an international residential college specialising in teaching the International Baccalaureate to students from over 40 countries. The Pamela Morris Building represents a dramatic improvement for the college, providing outstanding teaching facilities for staff and students. The complex new building slots into an irregularly-shaped site, with challenging interfaces adjoining the existing buildings and boundary walls. New facilities comprise three laboratories, three flexible teaching rooms, two offices, two maintenance workshops and generous circulation spaces that double up as social learning areas.
