Office Development, Oxford Science Park

The practice undertook a feasibility study to design a new office complex at the Oxford Science Park. Based on a structural grid, the development consists of three rectilinear buildings positioned across the site. Each building includes offices, specialist laboratories and equipment stores. Within the site, each building is linked via landscaped spaces interspersed with car parking. The façade includes a striking red service spine and glazed curtain wall with dark enamel panels. This creates a clean and elegantly proportioned building giving the development a modern appearance.
