Oxford Town Hall Redevelopment

Berman Guedes Stretton’s masterplan for Oxford’s Listed Town Hall site, the largest parcel of real estate in central Oxford outside the University, was extremely well received by Oxford’s councillors, officers and the community. BGS contributed to this success by holding public presentations of the proposals across the city.
A consequence of this was BGS Director Alan Berman being invited to chair (on a voluntary basis) “Oxford - Places for People”, a group intended to spearhead initiatives to bring Oxford’s urban realm up to world class standards.
