58 Exhibition Road

The practice was commissioned to form a new restaurant and conference centre, created out of an existing Grade II listed building. Set centrally within the South Kensington campus with a terrace that overlooks Princes Gardens, the original building although generally in good condition, required a sensitive yet contemporary approach to the interior design.

On the ground floor the main Garden room has become the restaurant for day time functions and staff use. The college room needed renovation work to a 20th century chandelier and installation of a bespoke carpet design.
