Fit-out of a 6500m2 base build scheme to accommodate 450 staff brought together after the merger of two divisions of the company. An interactive central space has been created by the insertion of an atrium and new stairs. A boardroom and seminar room at ground floor help to give a focal point within the atrium and serve to separate the informal café area from workspace. Meeting areas are introduced at key points on circulation routes including on the roof of the boardroom. Wherever possible environmentally-responsible materials are specified to ensure a healthy internal environment.
