Conversion of a 1970s building into office accommodation for 55 people in a mix of open plan and cellular spaces. An important aspect of the scheme is the new 200m2 central roof-light constructed from Kalwall and the quality of light is also enhanced by a specially commissioned stained glass panel.

The completed building provides 1200 m2 of high quality conference accommodation as well as highly serviced and flexible office space.
