The Design Process
By thoroughly analysing our client’s requirements and undertaking detailed research, we aim to create intelligent, inspiring and cost effective buildings, which we hope will be loved.
The organisation of our design teams is at the heart of this process. Each team is led by an Associate Director who, with a Project Architect manages the project from inception to completion. This ensures continuity and commitment from all team members. Creativity is encouraged and contributions are ‘free of ego’ with an involvement and responsibility appropriate to each individual’s experience and ability.
Design teams collaborate on each project with leading engineers, cost control consultants and other specialists. The best buildings come from dynamic teams where there is constant dialogue and close co-operation between all parties.
