Fit-out of a 6500m² shell and core scheme to accommodate 450 staff brought together after the merger of two company divisions.
An interactive central space was created by an atrium and new stairs. A curved volume containing a boardroom and seminar room at ground floor level provides a focal point in this space and serves to separate the informal café area from the workspace. Meeting areas are located on key circulation routes around the building, including a meeting room on the roof of the boardroom.
Environmentally responsible materials were used where possible to ensure a healthy internal environment.
