While functional needs are clear, the aspirations of clients range from the stringent constraints of social housing to the stylistic ambitions of private clients.

The practice has long experience of working on student residential accommodation and speculative projects for commercial developers and private clients - either by converting and upgrading listed buildings or providing new developments.

Our framework with Paradigm Housing builds upon our success of designing new-build schemes for a number of housing associations. In 2008 we won a Grand Designs Award for the conversion of a Grade II list Mill to form a private dwelling and home office.
