Keble College: Student Accomodation

Keble College was designed between 1868 and 1870 by the Victorian Gothic Revival architect William Butterfield, who is perhaps best known for his polychromatic brick style which has become his signature.

As part of Keble College’s strategy to refurbish College accommodation in the manner in which it was originally conceived, Berman Guedes Stretton was commissioned to restore the William Butterfield´s Grade 1 listed interiors while creating contemporary en-suite student bedrooms and common areas. This is a rolling programme of work to refurbish all of the college´s Victorian student accommodation.
